ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondents for the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.12172 of 2022, dated 06.05.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.Ti.1/6467/2022 dated 10.11.2022.

3. Recording the said compliance, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
