ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.675 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.675 of 2024 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b) 323, 427 and 506(i) IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem and the same has been numbered as CC No.520 of 2025.
