This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent relating to Pro.Na.Ka.No.92534/C5/C2/1999 dated 20.02.2007, quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondent to regularize the period of suspension of the petitioner from 16.06.1991 to 27.07.1992 and for consequential benefits.
