Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2012 and to direct the respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner for the property situated at No.42, Vallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Thiruvotriyur Sub Registration District in Survey No.365, an extent of 0.48 cents and in Survey No.365, an extent of 50 cents and in total an extent of 0.95 acre.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2012 and to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner for the property measuring 0.48 cents in Survey No.365, and measuring 50 cents in Survey No.365, totalling to an extent of 0.95 acre, situated at No.42, Vallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Thiruvotriyur Sub Registration District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with regard to the above prayer, the petitioner has made a representation dated 07.07.2012 to the respondent, but the same has not been considered till now. Hence he prayed that the respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2012 on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time frame. 3.Heard Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, who took notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.Without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the writ petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
