O R D E R

The Contempt petition is filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 16.10.2019 not complied by the 3rd respondent, who is the Sub Inspector of Police, Marandahalli.

This Court on 27.04.2023 caused statutory notice to the respondents for not complying the direction. The respondents are present today before the Court. The compliance report filed by the 2nd respondent, the Sub Inspector of Police stating that the investigation has been completed and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Palakodu on 31.05.2023 and the same has been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate and assigned C.C.No.60 of 2023. Therefore, he has sought that he has not willfully delayed the order of this Court and due to absconding of the accused, there was delay in filing the final report. 3.

Explanation given by the 2nd respondent in the compliance report is accepted and this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
