2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that certain corrections in the order passed by this Court on 14.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2076 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.142 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the second line of paragraph No.1 it is wrongly mentioned as "Spl C.C.No.21 of 2020" instead of "Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2020" in the order dated 14.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2076 of 2023. He further submitted that in the third line of the same paragraph "Erode" has been wrongly mentioned and the same has to be deleted.

4. Further, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the 6th line of paragraph No.8 sub-clause (i), it has been wrongly mentioned as "Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri" instead of "Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri" and prayed to made necessary correction in the Crl.M.P.No.2076 of 2023.

5. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carryout the aforesaid corrections in the Crl.M.P.No.2076 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
