ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1229 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also assault the de facto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner is a history sheeter and having two previous cases.

5.On seeing the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeter and having two previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
