Earlier, this Court by an order dated 12.11.2024 allowed the above petition on payment of cost of Rs.5000/- payable to the learned Government Advocate.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant filed a memo for tendering cost of Rs.5000/- and the same is recorded.

3. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 11.12.2024.
