This petition is filed to implead the Co-operative Sub Registrar-cum-Sale Officer who executed the award passed by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies in a proceedings challenging the order of the appellate Tribunal, confirming the order under Section 87.

2. This Court is of the view that the said authority is neither a proper nor necessary party to the writ petition.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.
