Gurusamypalayam Sengunthar Marriage Hall Building v. K.A. Marimuthu

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioner in the above second appeal.

2. Mr.SP.Chockalingam, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that at the time of filing suit in O.S.No.146 of 2008, the President cum Community Head of Appellant was one Mr.A.S.Ramasamy and now he is no more and the present petitioner succeeded to his place. Hence, it is just and necessary to file the present petition praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed accepting 'Gurusamypalayam Sengunthar Marriage Hall Building, represented by its Administrative Committee through its President cum Community Head, Mr.A.Thyagarajan, Gurusamypalayam, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District as the appellant. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the above Second Appeal it is otherwise found to be in order.
