THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13190 of 2021 IN CRL OP.12222/2021 T.GOVINDARAJAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VIGILANCE AND ANTICORRPUTION CELL, THIRUVARUR DISTRICT (CRIME NO.7/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.7707/2021 in Crl.OP.12222/2021 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30am till filing the ChargeSheet and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30am until further orders, by order dated 11/08/2021, for the reasons stated above, in Crime No.7 of 2021,on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Cell, Thiruvarur, Thiruvarur District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S GANESH RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7707 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12222 of 2021 on 11.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
