Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent and the basic of complaint dated 13.08.2019 to give police protection for running the Hotel Business.

ORDER

Petition has been laid by the petitioner seeking police protection for running the Hotel Business based on the complaint dated 13.08.2019.

2.From the materials available on record, it is found that the criminal Original petition laid by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14586 of 2019 has been disposed of by this Court by order dated 10.06.2019 to act in accordance with the guidelines specified by the Division Bench as reported in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases dated 20.09.2018. The petitioner so far has not adhered to the abovesaid directions given by this Court.

3.It is now represented by the Government Advocate that based on the complaint lodged by the counter petitioner, the case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.397 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 465, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

467, 468, 470, 471 & 506(i) r/w 109 IPC and the petitioner has been arrested and released on bail and therefore, it is contended by the Government Advocate that the petitioner is not entitled to seek police protection.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to adhere to the directions given by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14586 of 2019 and in such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in the criminal original petition. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
