ORDER

The father of the minor children has filed this petition for permanent custody of the children. The matter was referred for mediation. Such mediation was successful and culminated in the Memorandum of Settlement 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

O.P.No.753 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna dated 03.02.2023. On perusal thereof, it is evident that both the petitioner and the respondent, and their respective counsel have signed the same. The Memorandum of Settlement provides that the respondent will have custody of the minor children until the respective child becomes a major. It also provides for visitation rights for the petitioner, including temporary custody during holidays. It further provides for payment of monthly and annual maintenance, health insurance and the like.

2. On examining the terms of settlement, I see no impediment in the disposal of the petition in terms thereof. Consequently, O.P.No.753 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 03.02.2023. Such Memorandum of Settlement shall form an integral part of the order.
