2.A.No.4378 of 2023 is filed seeking permission to recall and examine P.W1 in C.S.No.245 of 2008 for the purpose of marking the amalgamation order dated 27.03.2007 passed in C.P.Nos.25 to 27 of 2007.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are ordered. The witness shall appear only for the purpose of marking this document on 30.08.2023 before the learned Additional Master-II at 10.30.am.
