O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.2459 of 2016 within a time stipulated by this Court.

Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision petition even without notice to the respondents. 3.

This M.C.O.P No.2459 of 2016 is a claim petition filed by the wife of the road accident victim. The parents of the said victim Sathish Kumar filed a separate claim petition in OP No.1739 of 2016 and both the OPs are pending before the Court below. A perusal of

adjudication details furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest the petition filed by the revision petitioner in OP.No.2459 of 2016 was transferred to the Special Court No.II, Court of Small causes, Chennai, as per the order passed by the Civil Judge of the Small Causes Court and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress. 4.

Taking into consideration both the OPs are filed by the dependents of road accident victim, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Special Judge No.II, Court of Small Causes to dispose of M.CO.P.No.2459 of 2016 along with OP No.1739 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
