The petitioners have preferred representations/complaint dated 08.05.2023 and 05.06.2023 to respondents 1 and 2 to ensure proper administration of Gremaltes Referral Hospital and Leprosy Centre. 2.Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The second respondent is now directed to hold an enquiry into the complaint of the petitioners and it is also directed to give an opportunity of being heard to all those who are likely to be affected by his decision and try to complete the entire exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks and at any rate, not later than sixteen (16) weeks. 2/4
