Sub Application No.371/2019:

To raise the order of Attachment dated 19.08.2019 passed by the 1st respondent in M.C.No. 468/2019 and remove the seal which was done in violation of the order dated 16.08.2019 passed in the above Crl.M.P.No.11397 of 2019 in Crl O.P.No.21970 of 2019.

ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the interim order passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.11397 of 2019 in Crl.OP No.21970 of 2019.

The learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that pursuant to the directions given by this Court, the seal in the property was removed on 21.08.2019. That apart, the order passed on 19.08.2019, has also been kept in abeyance by the subsequent order passed on 21.08.2019.

In view of the above development, the status quo ante has been restored and the interim order passed by this Court has come into effect.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed.
