ORDER

The present Contempt Petition is filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 16.12.2021, passed in W.P.No.14737 of 2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 14737 of 2017 dated 16.12.2021, has been complied with and in this regard, the Government issued a G.O(D).No.309, Cooperative Food and Consumer Protection Department, dated 28.11.2022.
