Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the 2nd respondent had appointed the Law Officers for appearance on behalf of the Government of Puducherry to the High Court, Madras and published the same in the Gazette of Government of Puducherry vide G.O. Ms.No. 23/2022-LD, Law Department, Puducherry, dated 25.11.2022.
