This Court by an order dated 15.02.2024 directed the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai to dispose the M.C.No.11 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Today, this matter is listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with letters dated 26.05.2025 addressed to the Registry by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode requesting further three months to dispose the same..

3. This Court has perused the letter dated 26.05.2025 and satisfied with the 1/3

reasons stated therein.
