W.M.P.No.26898 of 2021 in W.P.No.5275 of 2013 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This petition has been filed to pass an order of restoration of W.P.No.5275 of 2013 which was dismissed on 26.10.2018 for nonprosecution consequently by set asiding the order of dismissal passed on 26.10.2018 in the above writ petition.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly this petition is allowed.
