ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 422 days in filing the Review Petition against the order dated 12.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7027 of 2022. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the petitioners submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court, they preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3045 of 2025, and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 25.10.2025 granted an interim order of stay on condition that the petitioners shall deposit 50% of the compensation to the credit of the Writ Appeal account before this Registry, within a period of four weeks.

In view of the above interim order granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, this Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. Consequently, the main Review Application is also closed in the SR stage itself.
