These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to order substituted service of notice on the 2nd respondent in the above appeals.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.

3. Before the Tribunal, the 2nd respondent herein was shown as 1st respondent. The 2nd respondent was not served before the Tribunal and he was set ex-parte. Therefore, the present petitions have been filed for taking substituted service on the 2nd respondent.

4. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits are satisfied. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Dina Malar" for the 2nd respondent within 15 days i.e. on of before 18.09.2023.

6. List the matters on 20.09.2023 for filing proof of affidavit of substituted service.
