ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent to take necessary action baned on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.10.2021 and issued CSR No.762 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021 on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.10.2021, a preliminary enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.762 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021 and the case has been closed as "Civil in Nature".

3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to issue a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
