ORDER

(Order of the court was made by C.SARAVANAN, J.) The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 17.6.2019 and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

take action against Respondents 3 and 4 for unauthorisedly constructing and erecting of Mobile Tower on the House Site, namely, House Site of extent 2400 sq.ft. comprised in S.No.152/12, Athupakkam Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. Heard Mr.P.Mohanraj, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing for Respondents 1 and 2.

3. Since the Petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent from 17.6.2019, we direct the first Respondent to dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from today. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Copy of this order be sent to the Respondents.
