Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the respective representation of the petitioners, dated 08.09.2016, thereby, to grant permission to conduct cultural programme in Padavettamman @ Kamatchiamman Temple, situated at Ammaiyarkuppam Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District and Sevindi Amman Temple, situated at Vanganur Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District respectively, going to be held on 14.09.2016 and 15.09.2016 between 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. and pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
