ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner, on the basis of the complaint given by one Mallika.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the de facto complainant viz., Mallika has given a complaint against the petitioner and when the petitioner has approached this Court for anticipatory bail, it was mentioned by the learned Government Advocate that "the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed" and taking into account of the said submission, this Court closed the anticipatory bail application. But however, the petitioner was called for by the respondent police for enquiry and under the guise of enquiry, the police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
harassing the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed and nothing is against the petitioner.
