ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the request of the petitioner to post her as Staff Nurse in the Government Hospital, Udumalpet, has been considered and she has been posted at the Government Hospital, Udumalpet, vide Erratum dated 23.9.2016 in Ref No.43150/N2/2/2016 issued by the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services i/c., Chennai, and therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The said factum was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Recording the above fact, the Writ Petition is closed in view of the subsequent event. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
