ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to take action on the petitioner's complaint letter dated 15.11.2022 and to recover the Panjami Land and distribute the same to the Adi Dravidar people. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 9th respondent, who is the cousin of the petitioner is enjoying the Panjami Land, which is reserved for the Adi Dravidar people. Therefore, the petitioner made a complaint in this regard to the official respondents. Since the said complaint was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the limited sought for in this writ petition, this Court

directs the 6th respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint as a piece of information and dispose of the same. If there is any substance in the said complaint, it is up to the 6th respondent to ensure whether the 9th respondent is in illegal possession of the Panjami Land and to take action against in this regard. It is not necessary to issue notice to the petitioner. 4.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
