When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the sole petitioner has died, none of the legal heirs came forward to represent the case of the petitioner's estate and the issue involved in this writ petition has abated. He has also produced the letter of Block Development Officer, Burgur dated 27.11.2017, for perusal of this Court.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
