PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records impugned advertisement of the 2nd respondent dated 05.09.2022 bearing the nomenclature, 'Press Note, Department of Social Defence, District Child Protection Unit, Tiruppur' and quash the same in so far as it relates to the post of the 'Protection Officer - Institutional Care' is concerned and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to renew the contract of the petitioner to continue in 1/4

the position of 'Protection Officer - Institutional Care' in the District Child Protection Unit, Tiruppur.
