This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18093 of 2024 on 30.07.2024 on the ground of appearing for his examinations.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the said submission and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also the petitioner is a college student attending examinations, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 am until further orders."
