ORDER

Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court in WMP No.16679 of 2022 in WP No.17347 of 2022 dated 06.07.2022.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent has submitted before this Court that interim stay has been granted by this Court on 06.07.2022 and the respondent has strictly complied with the said order passed by the Writ Court. Written instructions dated 05.09.2023 has also been placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.
