This petition is filed to condone the delay of 443 days in preferring the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.106702 of 2023. 2.Though notice have been served, none appeared on behalf of the first respondent.

3.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the second respondent. 5.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

6.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.106702 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.

7.It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellants succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to any interest for 443 days.
