cents of lands in Senaipalayam Village, Salem South Taluk, Salem District by disposing the petitioner's online application dated 24.07.2024 within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to measure and fix proper boundaries of her land situated in Survey No.21/3 and 21/6 at Senaipalayam Village, Salem South Taluk, Salem District by considering petitioner's online application dated 24.07.2024.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though she submitted online application seeking survey of her property situated in the above said Survey No's, the same has not been considered till date.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the online application of the petitioner dated 24.07.2024 will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 24.07.202 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
