This petition has been filed for extension of time for complying with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15850 of 2024 dated 08.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that they were unable to comply with the order due to medical reasons, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
