ORDER

This Court vide its order dated 05.08.2025, granted interim stay in favour of the petitioner on condition to deposit 50% of the amount claimed in the Execution Petition on or before 25.08.2025. Today i.e. 25.08.2025, when the matter is called for hearing, it is seen that having obtained interim order from this Court, the petitioner has not deposited the amount as ordered by this Court on 05.08.2025.
