Today, when the matter is posted, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that they had filed this petition as early as on 07.11.2016 to extend the time limit for making payment in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.10.2016 made in WMP.No.31396 of 2016. But the filing of the present petition as early as on 07.11.2016 and the pendency of the same was not brought to the notice of this Court on 24.11.2016, while this Court passed an order vacating the interim order dated 19.10.2016.
2. In view of the change of Indian scenario on 08.11.2016, the petitioner, as a bus operator, could have immediately paid the money. Furthermore, the vehicle itself was repossessed only on 05.11.2016 and to show his bonafides, the petitioner is offering today a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) to the respondent Bank and seeks to extend the interim order dated 19.10.2016.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondent Bank submitted that on coming to know about the interim order, they have released the vehicle.
4. Taking into consideration the post scenario on 08.11.2016 and that the vehicle was released only on 05.11.2016 and that the petition for extension of time was filed as early as on 07.11.2016, this petition is ordered and the earlier order dated 24.11.2016 stands recalled and the payment of Rs.10,00,000/- as ordered by this Court on 19.10.2016 is modified to one of Rs.2,50,000/- having been paid today and the balance Rs.7,50,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this interim order shall continue till then.
