The petition has been filed to relax the condition, to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 28.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4327 of in Crl.O.P.No.22032 of 2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from March 2023 till April 2024;

that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
