Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, COD prayer is acceded to i.e., captioned application is ordered as prayed for and delay is condoned albeit subject to condition that the applicant should file Form No.66 before OL along with original deposit receipt/certificate within a fortnight from today i.e., on or before 29.07.2022 failing which the captioned application will stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
