This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 21.07.2023 made in C.C.No.75 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.
2. Heard Mr.P.K.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused did not deny his signature on the cheque and did not deny the borrowal of the amount mentioned in the cheque, the trial Court had acquitted the accused.
