2. Heard the submissions of learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, to dispose of the case in Crl.M.P.No.528 of 2023 on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after disposal of the case.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
