This petition is filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the CMA SR.No.106714/2023.

2.Mr.N.Selvarajan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and M/s.V.Pushpa, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.106714 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.

4.In the eventuality of the petitioners succeeding in the appeal, interest may have to be reckoned only from the date on which the Registry takes the appeal on record.
