..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to measure the petitioner's land and fix proper boundaries by laying boundary stones viz., Survey No. 330/4 to an extent of about 4 acres 18 cents in Siruvachur Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District by disposing the petitioner's online application dated 22.07.2021 and the same within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey and fix boundaries of the land in Survey No.330/4 with an extent of 4 acres 18 cents at Siruvachur Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 22.07.2021 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the above said land under registered sale deed dated 03.02.1995 and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. He submitted an online application dated 22.07.2021 for survey of the above said land and the same has not been considered. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2021 will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2021 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
