This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.BD3/7675/2022 dated 14.12.2022 and for the consequential direction to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of Village Secretary with all attendant benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He also seeks liberty to challenge the final order. 3.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to 2/4
