Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to take action on the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.02.2014 to survey the petitioners land comprised in Survey Nos.40/1B-20 cents, 40/2A-36 cents, 40/1D-21 cents and 41/2-27 cents in total 1 acre and 1 cent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to consider his representation dated 08.01.2015 seeking for demarcation of the property and issuance of patta in his favour.

Heard both sides.

A perusal of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2015 would go to show that long back, the property standing in the name of the petitioner's father has been misused and sold by the third parties by changing the name and the survey numbers. If it is so, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law and consequently, the relief prayed for by the petitioner to issue a direction to the respondents to consider his representation for demarcating the said lands and to issue patta in his favour cannot be considered by this Court.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
