ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 give adequate police protection to the petitioner to enjoy his property comprised in S.F.No.171/1C1B admeasuring to an extent of Acre 0.18 cents situated at Pennakonam (North) Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a representation to the second respondent with regard to give police protection to the petitioner to enjoy his property, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2022 is available with the second respondent and they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the 2/4

representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2022, on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
