Respondents Prayer .: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Medical Officer (Siddha) (Post Code No.1950) in the 3rd respondent department in Tamil Nadu Medical Service for the year 2009-2012, pursuant to the issuance of Notification No.48 of 2012 dated 16.11.2012 by the 2nd respondent, in case the petitioner obtains above the cut off marks in the respective category, after verification of the petitioner's response sheet with answer key and with the question paper of version No.9 issued to the petitioner through online for written examination conducted on 06.01.2013.
