..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to conduct enquiry to cancel the registration of Sangam namely Hazrath Pappu Masthan Dargah Matrum Adakasthalam Jamathars Sangam which was registered vide Document No.178 of 2022 with the 3rd respondent herein by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2022. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 25.08.2022 to cancel the registration of Sangam viz., Hazrath Pappu Masthan Dargah Matrum Adakasthalam Jamathars Sangam which was registered vide Doc.No.178 of 2022 with the third respondent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2022 will be disposed of by the third respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
