This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records and to set aside the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate court at Sriperumbudur in Crl.M.P.No.4403 of 2024 on 12.07.2024 and return the vehicle Tipper lorry-TATA Motors Ltd bearing Reg.No.TN 21 AA 9964 to petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
